SUPPORT SERVICES

4SIGHT FrontLineSM Support Services provide on-site and off-site production support assistance for clients looking to stabilize their environments following the launch of a new system. Support can be daily, ad-hoc, weekly, or monthly, and the support program deployed is uniquely tailored to your needs. 4SIGHT can provide experienced resources to augment the day-to-day support responsibilities required to support your operations. Our support resources can:

  • Provide strategies on how to better support and improve operations using the deployed applications
  • Identify areas of improvement beyond what’s available using the solutions currently deployed
  • Identify production support challenges (e.g., areas not following standard practices)
  • Identify configuration opportunities within the selected applications
  • Observe, identify, and document responsibilities for IT and Operations personnel
  • Document start-of-day and end-of-day responsibilities/tasks for each focus area
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) where necessary as well as changes to existing SOPs that will improve operations
  • Train new client support resources and create training aids if/where appropriate
  • Provide training scenarios that model how deployed applications would be used in practice

4SIGHT Go-Live ReadinessSM evaluates the operational readiness of an implementation along with transition plans for clients about to go live with a new software solution. A successful go-live involves careful planning for the acceptance process. 4SIGHT’s Support Organization (4SO) conducts an on-site readiness audit and provides feedback from all elements of support in preparing for the go-live phase.

4SIGHT Support Transition Checklist (STC) validates whether your team is favorably positioned and ready for the project launch. This includes evaluating your support program’s ability to support not only the launch (stabilization), but also how the solution will run in the foreseeable future (post-stabilization). It’s important for your site to achieve stabilization quickly with a goal of minimizing operational impact while enhancing the performance of your system. Your team, the implementation project team, and the software provider’s customer support resources must all be in agreement that the project is ready for go-live for it to be successful.

MANAGED SERVICES
